Ellen DeGeneres Fires Back at Critics Claiming She has a ‘Gay Agenda’

Ellen DeGeneres is taking a stand against recent allegations that she’s pushing a gay agenda on her young viewers.

Anderson Cooper interviews Clint McCance, who went on an anti-gay tirade on his Facebook page, indicating he likes it when gay people die of AIDS, that he would run his kids off if they were gay, and much more.

I support gay rights mostly because I could care less about them so might
as well give them the support to live the way they want on broad day life.

    Anti-gays win:gays pay the price
Pro-gays win: anti-gays don’t have much of their lives changed really….

I am all about redemption and forgiveness but I am very concerned about
this man. I hope he truly believes what he said was wrong but as expressed
by others, it is hard to accept. Either way, he resigned so at least he
knows that his behavior is not acceptable. I can appreciate the guy at 12:00
who doesn’t vilify him but is shocked and thinks Clint needs help for his
    view on life.

I really do hope he has seen the error of his ways and I will give him the
benefit of the doubt for coming on television to apologize even though he
has no reason to rectify his reputation now that he has resigned.

Bullies use words like f*g*t to deflect. When a bully sees something in
others that reminds them of themself, and that feeling is too uncomfortable
to deal with, they deflect. Deflecting is when you put the attention on
someone else by calling them names. Bullies believe that they will not be
suspected of having those feeling while they deflect with hateful names.
If everyone understood what was really happening (especially the bully) the
bully would never call it out because all eyes would then be on them.
Educate people Anderson about why people bully and it will go away. We
need ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES IN ALL SCHOOLS AND WORK PLACES.

I am assuming David Pakman is gay. Its not people like David Pakman that
are making the world better for gays. The world is already changing for
people like David Pakman to speak out against Anti-Gays. So what the hell
is the fuss about ? There are going to be ignorant people against gays just
like there will always be racist against blacks. 50 years since selma and
still there are Racist out there. Have gays not learned anything from
    history ?

Lol Fuck that, a lot of people commit suicide. I have some harsh views on
suicide and people who commit suicide but it should be something like “wear
purple for those who commit suicide” not specifically homosexual people who
commit suicide. They arent fucking special they are just people like the
rest of us and I wont put them above anyone else. If I do something in
memory of people it will be for everyone who go through that struggle, not
because of their sexual preference. Shit like that pisses me. As if
homosexual people are more bullied then someone else who gets bullied. I
dont agree with the guy who made the facebook posts dont get me wrong, and
Im not anti-gay. Its all about equality.

I am a Christian. I hate homosexuality but I do not hate gay people. We are
all sinners. Homosexuality is a sin, however it is no different then
getting drunk, cursing, smoking, cheating or lusting, judging people,
ect… My point is this. It is impossible for us not to sin. That is the
    whole point whyJesus
Went to the cross and paid for our sin with his blood. If you accept Jesus
in your heart You have been redeemed from the devil. When God the Father
looks down and if you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior he does not
see one of your sins. You our spotless because he sees his spotless son in
you. If you have not accepted Jesus, God the Father sees everyone of your
sins you ever committed. If you have accepted God the Father’s free gift of
salvation (JESUS) you are innocent. If you reject Jesus, Satan will own you
for eternity. God created us with free will. He can not force you to
believe. However, if you reject Jesus and end up in hell. You can’t blame
God. You made the choice of your own free will. He tried to save you, he
tried to warn you, because he loves his creation. If you go to hell their
is no one to blame but yourself. Choose wisely cause time is running out.
Hope to see you in Heaven.

“I used the wrong words” How many times have I heard that through this
video? He needs to just admit all he did was be a douchebag and bully kids
that are struggling with their own sexual orientation

  13. Ken Shiloh
    March 26, 2015 at 12:39 pm

I think homosexual is a sin. I am not afraid of homosexuals (well, I guess
I am of some) nor of my sexuality. Fear has nothing to do with it. My
question is, why do homosexuals have a problem with me thinking it as a sin?
For example, I eat pork. Muslims don’t. Does that make them
“porkophobes?” Should I protest a Muslim restaurant and insist they serve
pork? What about vegetarians? They are “meatophobes!” The bastards!
Let’s run them out of town. Intolerant is what they are!
Seriously people. Get a grip on reality.
How about this: Let’s not let the government tear this country apart.
How about we let each person decide what marriage should or shouldn’t be.
Let’s have the government stop defining marriage. No more marriage
    licenses.
Homosexuals, you are our neighbors. We love ya. Let’s stop this
civil war. Blessings in Christ Jesus,
    Ken

There are two things I have to say.
#1 CNN is a liberal bias and will always agree to keep things like gay
marriage and other ridiculous things that make this generation look awful.
#2 This antigay ranter are people that I will agree with and to know that
god is real and if you break one of the ten commandments such as marriage
between a man and a woman, then you will not reach the highest area in
    heaven.

    I’m a Catholic, I don’t hate gay people. I don’t see the point. If they’re
in love, they’re in love. I respect that, I’m not gonna talk shit about
them. Why? They’re not hurting anyone, I don’t see the point of attacking
them. Let them be What they’re trying to be… Happy.

killed, maimed, or HUMILIATED by anybody who might oppose their lifestyle

I’m proud to be a powerful Catholic who supports gay rights.

This is what love is. Loving people, unconditionally.

If you honestly think that Satan is behind the whole creation of homosexual
peoples, you are basically saying that he has the same power as God to do
so. I’m pretty sure Satan is the weakest thing, weakest person ever.

There are people saying “God hates fags” and “we hate God”

God does not hate anyone. We do ourselves. Stop corrupting the image of God
as we so very much do. Also, stop hating on gay people. They are people
just like yourselves with the only difference of sexuality. why is it a big
deal? Just leave it. You people are apes, primitive and uneducated.

look for those who claim there is no “gay agenda” who was Michael Swift and
what was the “Gay Manifesto” and what did it say? matches up with todays
gay infiltration of just about EVERYTHING I dont mind the gay community if
they mind their own business but the media and every other outlet is using
that lifestyle against the public we got young black kids rapping about
giving fellatio smmfh thats what the gay agenda does especially to kids but
they think its ok because their favorite celebrity promotes it and people
still say there is no “gay agenda” wow people are lost bad

Let me just say, I would consider myself a Christ follower. And what this
Larry brother said is absolutely shameful. Ellen is a positive role
model… period. She’s an extremely kind hearted individual. The last time
I checked, showing God’s love has a little bit more value when focusing on
the good inside a person’s heart, not the things we want to control or
    change about them.

To much openness about homosexuality. When your kids are young they ask
questions and They also make choices. There not ready to watch
homosexuality but it’s thrown in there face and there literally being told,
hey it’s ok to be gay. Just saying. Also when a women decides to be openly
gay she automatically loses her girly privileges, she’s shouldn’t be
allowed in the restroom with other women it’s pretty perverted when you
think about the fact that there a female that is attracted to females and
you’re young daughter also is in that restroom it’s kinda not cool. Same
    for men.

Gay agenda? Funny. The last time I went to church, the pastors were
actively preaching on saving the world and converting everyone into
Christians. If anything, there is more of a Christian agenda than a gay
    agenda.

Hollywood most definitely has a gay agenda. Those of you who don’t see that
must have your heads buried in the sand. Those who live by Gods law will
NEVER accept immorality as normal. The gay community will drag anyone they
can down with them. Deep down inside they KNOW it’s not ok to be gay but
they fool themselves and let things go on as they want and don’t want to
think of the possibility of going to hell for their SINS and they don’t
want to go alone so they try to drag everyone else down with them. This
world is falling apart and a huge reason for that is the gay agenda. Wake
    up people!

My wife was watching Ellen the other day and my jaw almost dropped open
    when I heard this exchange.

It should be an inspiration to the down trodden everywhere. Ellen
responded to an attack by homophobic Southern Baptist Pastor Larry Tomczak,
who accused her of trolling for young girls on her show and having a gay
    agenda.

Ellen responded with a full frontal response, while never stopping smiling,
and made Baptist Pastor Tomszak look about 1 foot tall.

We all know Ellen is gay, she was born that way. So what? Some people are
gay. Some people are also born with low IQs. Was Pastor Tomszk born under
a rock? Its statistically impossible for Pastor Tomszk not to have
observed that some people are just gay.

Ellen fired back that her only agenda is to make people be kind and
compassionate with one another. Actually, to be technically correct, isn’t
that supposed to be the job of a Pastor?

Even the Pope has cautioned homophobes to chill out, and suggested that
attacking others in this isn’t way isn’t the route to heaven. The Pope has
suggested to these dim-wits that there are higher priorities than attacking
your fellow man, and suggested to them that they refocus on things like
helping and being more compassionate to the poor and downtrodden, and
improving equality. In fact, if I’m not mistaken, that was Jesus’s message
    too.

But the Christian Post is a Southern Baptist newspaper. We’ve been noting
in other conservations here on G+ that regional areas known as Southern
Baptist seem to have striking differences between themselves and other
regions of the country. These differences are not in their favor.

Kudos to Ellen for her direct, effective, and respectful remarks.

I often wonder what a “gay lifestyle” is! I come home from work, I cook my
food, feed my dogs, take them out for a walk, watch a bit of TV or read a
book, go to bed and do it all again the next day! I sometimes go out with
